Finally got a reply from the college saying:
'Jerry
This URL is now available in the College.
However, in the event that this results in complaints or inappropriate use, the decision may be reviewed.' (- Meaning Buzznet)
I thought, 'Great, I can finally use buzznet at college', but when I try and use it, I can log-in and access the main site, but if I try to go to any page that is http://something.buzznet.com, it is still filtered... Grrrrr... Close, but not close enough!
